PENSACOLA, FL, September 29, 2022 - Defendants who hosted a BYOB event were found liable for damages an underage minor suffered in a pool accident after being permitted to drink alcohol.
Jack Massey accepted his role and responsibility for what happened on March 17, 2017, but it took a trial for the Defendant to do the same.
